Make Money Hosting Gold Home Parties

Make Money Selling Used Gold.

About a month ago we published a series of six articles discussing the different forms used gold comes in. Specifically, gold bullion and gold bars, scrap and broken gold items, old gold jewelry and of course gold coins.

There also was an article that discussed selling old gold by weight, or by the Carat.

The series was entitled How To Sell Your Old Gold and Jewelry For Cash.

Of course a blog being what a blog is, these posts quickly become buried in the archives as new posts went up, which is why we've created this post. It outlines the series of articles and provides easy to navigate links back to the posts for anyone interested in these specific gold related topics.

  • Selling Gold By the Carat: 10k, 14k, 16k, 18k, 22k, 24k Gold - In determining the purity of gold alloys, carat means a proportion by weight of one part in twenty four or 41.66 parts per 1000. This means that the higher the carat value, the higher the proportion of gold in relation to the base metal content.
  • Selling Gold Bullion and Gold Bars - A 'bullion' means any precious metal (gold included) that is in a form whose 'primary value' comes from the actual worth of the metal and not from an artificial currency value. The most familiar forms of bullion are coins such as gold bullion coins, or bars such as gold bullion bars.
  • Selling Scrap and Broken Gold Items by Weight - When selling your gold for scrap, obviously the condition of the gold item is of no importance. As long as there’s gold to be recovered, then it’s the ideal candidate for selling as scrap gold.
  • Selling Old Gold Jewelry - Since the prices paid for scrap gold are based on just the value of the metal itself, while completely ignoring the craftmanship, aesthetic, antique, and sentimental value, it only makes sense that not all your old gold jewelry items are suitable to be sold off at a gold party as scrap gold.
  • Selling Gold Coins - Gold coins are coins that consist mostly or entirely of gold. Gold coins are intended to be sold to collectors, or to be used as bullion coins or bullion currency.
These posts were originally published in early August. We've provided the links above so you can find them easily. If you are interested in making money selling gold, you should give them a read.

Gold Parties Help in Economic Recession

Turn Old, Broken and Scrap Gold into Cash!

A reporter from The Miami City Buzz Examiner had the opportunity to speak with Stacey Mikel, president of Fast Cash Gold Parties, to discuss her gold party business, the incredible opportunity it offers... and how exciting it is to see the growth currently being experienced.

In Canada, contact Gold Parties Canada for information about how you can get involved hosting gold parties and making money selling old, broken and junk gold and jewelry.

The result is a full feature interview and story about the gold party industry as a whole and how Fast Cash Gold Parties has been so successful and how its growing so fast its hard to keep up.

"We receive daily inquiries about hosting gold parties in areas all over the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico! It is extremely exciting to see the growth we are experiencing and the many new and excited people we have joining us on a daily basis!"... says Stacey.

According to the article, Stacey figures they average 10-20 gold parties a month in Miami alone.

"Never mind about the bucket of gold at the end of the rainbow. It’s the pile of gold junk in your jewelry box that’s the treasure these days."

Fast Cash Gold Parties is one hot new business originating in South Florida. It has seen great popularity and growth since its inception just two short years ago."In the short time that Stacey Mikel has been running her gold party business, her company has expanded to 10 other states."

"If necessity is the mother of invention then local business owner, Stacey Mikel has found the perfect niche. Florida residents from Orlando to Miami have had fun doing what they've always done-- socializing at parties, but now when the night's over, they come away with extra money to boot."

"Gold parties have been held for all types of occasions: people looking for extra money or to help in raising funds for churches, schools, and charities. Mikel believes the popularity of her business stems from the one-on-one, friendly experience of trading in gold."

Robin Swad writes articles for the Miami City Buzz Examiner and contacted Fast Cash Gold Parties President, Stacey Mikel, to interview her for an article about the company. The full article can be read at Fast Cash for Gold - South Florida Gold Parties Help in Economic Recession.
